- REGION 2 REMEDIAL ACTION CONTRACT (RAC) 8(a) SET-ASIDE AND SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE PR-HQ-07-10525/0001 AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) to respond to the potential offeror's questions; 2) revise Section M Evaluation Factors for Award provision; 3) remove Section I clause I.9 Competition in Subcontracting (FAR 52.244-5) (DEC 1996) and replace it with Competition in Subcontracting (FAR 52.244-5) (APR 1984); 4) revise Attachment 3, SF330/Proposal Instructions; and 5) to clarify EPA's response to Question #5 of SET 3 Questions and Answer for Final RFP posted on July 20, 2007.
