- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has a requirement for the MATLAB Software and Maintenance. BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION: MATLAB will be used in support of geotechnical analysis by performing spectral analysis of the surface modeling from mobility analysis, flood hazard analysis and geologic hazard analysis. NGA currently possesses MATLAB licenses that require maintenance renewal to continue to use and has a need for new MATLAB licenses and maintenance to support those new licenses. CLIN0001: P/N - MLWIN - MATLAB License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 4 each), CLIN0002: P/N - COWIN - MATLAB Compiler License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 4 each), CLIN0003: P/N - IPWIN - Image Processing Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 4 each), CLIN0004: P/N - MGWIN - Mapping Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 4 each), CLIN0005: P/N - SGWIN - Signal Processing Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 4 each), CLIN0006: P/N - STWIN - Statistics Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 4 each), CLIN0007: P/N - MLWIN - MATLAB License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 1 each), CLIN0008: P/N - CFWIN - Curve Fitting Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 1 each), CLIN0009: P/N - OPWIN - Optimization Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 1 each), CLIN0010: P/N - STWIN - Statistics Toolbox License w/one year maintenance (Qty = 1 each). Period of Performance will be one year from award. This requirement is SET ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS. Delivery is FOB Destination to NGA (Multiple destinations): CLIN0001 - CLIN0006: NGA WNY, ATTN: Covert Beach, PJSM - MS: N-024, 1200 First Street SE, Washington, DC 20303-0001 and CLIN0007 - CLIN0010: NGA Arnold, ATTN: Tim Nagy, PRT - MS: L-085, 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, MO 63010-6238 in the quantities listed above. Total cost shall include all shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. Only Authorized MATLAB Resellers that are recognized by The MathWorks to sell their product will be considered. Please provide earliest ship dates. Refurbished items are not acceptable for this requirement. All boxes must be sealed and unopened. Delivery is FOB Destination to addresses identified with CLINs on this synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. Only one award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who meets the requirement.
