- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request Number is F3Z0407173A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. This a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System code 611699; the business average annual receipts under this code is $6.5 million. The request is as follows: The contractor shall, except as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW)as government furnished property or services, provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform Motorcycle Safety Training for beginners and experienced riders at Travis Air Force Base from 1 Oct 07 thru 30 Sep 08. The contractor shall perform the requirement in the SOW and conform to the professional standards identified in this contract, and follow all applicable instructions and directives as identified by the SOW. FOB point is Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535. Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The vendor must include a standard commercial warranty. DPAS rating for this acquisition is S10. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
