Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 10,000 to 25,500 square feet of ANSI/BOMA existing Class A office space for immediate occupancy in Martinsburg, WV. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with full termination rights by the Government after the fifth full year of occupancy.
