Description

DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to Artemis International Solutions Corp., 401 MacArthur Blvd Ste #401, Newport Beach, CA 92660-2554. This acquistion is for renewal of Artemis Software Maintenance. This software and maintenance renewal is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304( c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or servcies will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed sofware maintenance renewal must complete the solicitation, HC1013-07-T-0123, available at http://www.fbo.gov/. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement. SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION FOR ACTIONS LESS THAN $100,000.00: The Vendor owns all proprietary rights to the software's source code and is the only responsible sole source for maintenance. No other source can provide maintenance upgrades (e.g., versions and releases), correct problems (e.g., patches, fixdocs, Program Temporary Fix (PTF)), and keys/passwords (by CPU model, serial number, or time period) authorizing operation of the software.
