- NSN 1560-01-397-0155, IQC 07145009026; Item: COVER, ACCESS, AIRCRAFT. This is a fully competitive technical data package requiring Government Furnished Tooling. The technical data package for this procurement can only be found in the CAPRS system at https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil.tdmd. This information cannot be accessed through cFolders. This procurement is expected to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=18 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=18, O=18/ Maximum Order Quantity: B=72, O=72/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=144, O=144 / Estimated annual quantity: B=72, O=72. This item is subject to Configuration control. The technical data package is export controlled. First Article Testing by the Government applies to this procurement. First Article is due 90 days from date of award. Production Delivery for STOCK is 365 days from First Article Acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
