Contractor to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary for completion of the following work at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 601 Hwy 6 West, Iowa City, Iowa, 52246: Demolish and reconstruct Woolf Ave stairs in strict accordance with the plans, specifications, and manufacturer's installation instructions for project 636A8-06-605, Construct Woolf Ave Stairs, at the VA Medical Center, Iowa City, Iowa. Cost range is expected to be within $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 238110, size standard 13 million. This procurement is 100% full and open.
