- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement, F3G5BA7192A001, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220. This RFQ is being submitted as full and open competition with a 100% small business set-aside .
