SPECIAL NOTE: THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE AND DELIVERY OF ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE WITHIN 45 DAYS OF AWARD RECEIPT. IF THE PROPOSAL CAN NOT DELIVER ALL EQUIPMENT WITHIN 45 DAYS IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ALL PROPOSALS WILL INDICATE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO DELIVER ALL EQUIPMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VTJ37206A002. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following item: P-15-2 Dual Tube Goggles. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 effective 5 July 2007, DFAR DCN 20070531, and AFFAR AFAC 20070531. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
