Description: The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for a Test Set, TS-3920B, LIN T93517. This set will be used to support aircraft maintenance. Applicable SIC is 3728 and NAICS is 336413. This synopsis is issued to meet the requirement of synopsizing requirements over $25K. This requirement however, will be met through sole source, subject to the availability of funding. AMSEL-LC-LEO-D notification identifying the equipment to be acqu ired and the source is the authority to sole source the requirement.
