Description

DESC: TACOM-ROCK ISLAND =NSN: 5340-01-209-8584, Part Number: 9376378, The item to procure is a Track, Sliding Door. Requirements are 65 QTY, FOB is Destination. For use on the Rail(5340-01-209-8584) F/M1A1 and is made from steel alloy 4130 or 8630, heat treated. Overall length is 65.77 inches; width is 1.619 inches; has eight (8) slots machined to .968 width w/.38 rad 16 places; has eight (8) .422 dia holes and three (3) .484 dia holes with a zinc coating 0.0005 inch thick finish. The successful of feror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being procured under this contract, within the US. The proposed contract will include a 100 percent option. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Estimated issue date is 17 Sep 07. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
