- Description
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has a requirement for Expand Site Characterization and Remedial Alternatives of Oil Contamination Plume. The projects involve, but not be limited to review of previous activities pertaining to the site, borings, other field activities to delineate the contamination, and development of remedial strategies. Summary of work, the process, analytical results, findings and recommendations shall be submitted in a report that is stamped by Professional Engineer. Contractor shall have a State or USEPA certified analytical laboratory available to them. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis and a Firm Fixed Price Environmental Engineering Contract will be awarded. This acquisition is Set Aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS Code is 541330. Fifteen (15) sets of solicitation packages will be available on first come, first served basis until the supply is exhausted. All responsive bids from responsible bidders will be considered. Interested firms are requested to submit a written request to obtain the solicitation package either by mail or by fax, Fax No. (505) 863-8382. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation package will not be accepted. Faxed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing seven (7) days before the closing date. Offers are due at the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Division of Acquisition, P.O. Box 1060, 301 West Hill, Room No. 346, Gallup, New Mexico 87301, by 4:30 pm (local time) close of business, August 13, 2007.
