- The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from Pre-qualified Contractors for Restroom Upgrade at the Santa Ana, CA North Grand Station. The project is to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $750,000-$800,000. This is an owned facility. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to installation of new toilets, urinals, partitions, accessories, door, signage, light fixtures and power outlets. The proposal must contain the offerors overhead, profit, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the authority of the U.S. Postal Service Supplying Principles & Practices. Pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at the site (meet at the lobby). Pacific Inc.; Keith KC Lee, Inc.; Houalla Enterprises, Ltd.; MTM Construction, Inc.; Murray Builders; PBS Construction; Stevens Construction Inc.; and Stilwell Construction Inc. No additions will be made to the list of pre-qualified contractors for this project.
