- Title: Operational & Fielding Support for QRC Efforts Description: The Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) is requesting information/ responses from service disabled, veteran owned, small businesses that have experience in fielding quick reaction systems, electronic warfare, fielding, training, mainten ance, and operational support. Interested companies must have presence in theater, a TS security clearance and appropriated cleared personnel available to respond on short term notice to deployed areas. The company must have a facility of operations in the CENTCOM area of Operations with SIPRNet and NIPRNet connectivity. The company would be required to provide personnel for operational and fielding support to multiple quick reaction capability (QRC) ef forts for current and future development and operations in the continental U.S (CONUS) and the CENTCOM Area of Operation. Interested companies would be required to provide personnel for new equipment training, installation, maintenance, testing, evaluation and direct support to task force units currently deployed to Southwest Asia in support of I2WD. Additionally, the compan y would provide personnel to develop, write, publish and distribute Urgent Material Fielding Plans, Material Fielding Plans, Training Support packages, sustainment plans, operations manuals, installation manuals, maintenance manuals, and other organization al documents. The company would be expected to provide experienced personnel with at least a TS level clearance. TS/SCI is the highest level required for some areas of support. The company would be required to provide cleared personnel within short noti ce to the area of operations. Interested parties can submit a response in any format. Supplemental materials such as brochures, white papers, briefings, specification sheets are welcome. If you choose to submit proprietary information, mark it accordingly. Classified information wil l be accepted, but mark it accordingly and send it via proper channels. This request is for information ONLY and does not constitute a commitment on the part of the Government to purchase systems or services. The Government will not pay for any proprietary legend received in response to this RFI to any firms, agencies or indi viduals outside the U.S Government without written permission in accordance with the legend.
