- Description
- The Congressional Budget Office has a requirement for Financial Statement Audits for FY2007 through FY2011 (1 base year with 4 option years). The Contractor shall deliver: (1) A combined report covering their opinion on CBO's financial statements, internal control over financial reporting, positive assurance that all Financial Management Systems comply with FISCAM, and the results of compliance tests; (2) A management letter, if appropriate; and (3) Complete and accurate work papers to document all work performed and support the conclusions reached. This acquisition is a full and open competition. The request for proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about August 8, 2007, with proposals due on or about August 29, 2007; however, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. A Best Value evaluation will be conducted using price and non-price factors. The RFP will be issued via CBO's web site at www.cbo.gov/procurement. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the CBO site for all information relevant to this acquisition.
