- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation. THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION IS ATTACHED; NO FURTHER SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The office of NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service, Operations, Management and Information Division located in Honolulu, HI intends to acquire emergency electrical power and standby diesel generator installation to the computer center with an option for emergency power to two freezers. The period of performance is 90 days after notice to proceed. The vendor must be local and licensed in the state of Hawaii. ALL PROPOSALS RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS SYNOPSIS WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THIS IS A SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION WITH AN ESTIMATED VALUE OF LESS THAN $100,000. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7115 attention to Mona Ash. ****The Western Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
