Description

The United States Coast Guard, MLC Atlantic intends to issue a purchase order to Allied Systems Co for Two (2) ea P/N 230404, Cartridge, Two (2) EA, P/N 234650 Cartridge Service Kit, One (1) EA, P/N 26750 Wire Rope Assy, One(1) EA, P/N 46456, Jib Assembly, One (1) EA, P/N 51271R CT Winch Kit (Rebuilt), One (1), PN 25417, Cylinder Service Kit, One (1) EA, P/N 27203, Service Valve Kit, Two (2) EA, P/N 25095 Swing Drive Assembly, One (1) EA, P/N 45080, Weldment Pedestal. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Allied Systems Company is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to manufacturer the required parts. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and FAR Subpart 6.302-1. Allied Systems Co is the only company that has the technical propriety data necessary to assemble the required parts for the cranes installed on the 270 foot Cutter. The crane parts will be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard NESU Portsmouth, USCG NESU Portsmouth (LST), 4000 Coast Guard Boulevard, Portsmouth, VA 23703-2199. The required delivery date is 30 September 2007. Items shall be packed, packaged and marked in accordance with commercial standards. For information concerning the acquisition, contact Mr. Douglas G.
