- This procurement is a total 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSB). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tooling, equipment, and supervision necessary to renovate cardiology at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, 2907 Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602. Project includes general construction, alterations, and necessary removal of existing structures, construction, and certain other items as per the construction documents. The cost range for this project is $100,000 to $250,000. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238390 with a respective business size standard of $13.0 million. The solicitation documents, drawings, and specifications can only be obtained from FedBiz Ops. There will be bid alternates for this solicitation. A bid bond and performance bond or irrevocable letter of credit will be required from bidders at the time of bid submission. No electronic offers will be accepted.
