(Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, Jackson, MS intends to procure sole source requirement with TSI, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview, MN 55126 to purchase - 1 EA PortaCount Plus with all interfacing software and cable, manuals, training videos, generator, carrying kit. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and must submit information about their capabilities no later than 2:00 PM Central August 15, 2007. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government no to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
