- Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, has a requirement for 4 C-17 Engine Platforms. The contractor will provide these services in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings. The solicitation, or Request for Quote (RFQ), FA4419-07-T-0009, will be issued. The solicitation will be issued on 2 August 2007 with a closing date of 15 August 2007 at 12 (Noon) CST. A site visit will be held on 10 August at 8:00AM CST. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (http://www.ccr.gov) and have their Representations and Certifications Application filed under the new ORCA database (http://www.bpn.gov) to be eligible for award. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at the Federal Business Opportunities website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
