- The 47th Contracting Office at Laughlin AFB TX will be requesting proposals for Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services at Laughlin Air Force Base Texas. The vendor will perform inspections and maintenance on all fire extinguisher units specified in the solicitation. The contract will be for a basic period of one year 1 Oct 07 thru 30 Sep 08. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310. The size standard is $6.5M. The solicitation will be posted in FedBizOps (http://www.eps.gov) electronically, on or about 9 Aug 07. Hard copies will be made available at the Contracting Office upon issuance of the solicitation, or may be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
