- The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBB at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for condenser microphones. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) F1T0EB7199AG02. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334516, with small business standard size of 500 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for the following: 1 ea Automated Spectroradiometric Measurement System with the following specifications: ? Modular design for ease of configuration, versatility, and replacement ? Wide spectral region of operation in the infrared to extend between 1um and 12um with the option to extend below or beyond these limits ? Ability to output a collimated, monochromatic beam with diameter up to 2? ? Grating-based single monochrometer design with the option to expand to a double monochrometer ? Incorporate multiple detectors covering different spectral ranges with some overlap, and ability to switch between detectors with minimal delay ? Include controller, with interface to pc via RS-232, which can control monochrometer and record detector output ? Include robust software for recording data, providing radiometric calculations, and importing external data ? Ability to use an independently sampled detector which may be chopped, and input data to software for response calculations ? Ability to be used as a spectrophotometer for spectral transmission analysis on optical elements with sizes ranging from <1? to >4?, and at angles of incidence from normal to 45 degrees ? Stray light not to exceed 10E-4 ? Standard commercial operations and maintenance manuals are required as applicable. ? Delivery is required to Eglin AFB, FL within 9 weeks after award.
