- PR: F2BDEG7151A001 Filomena Gomez 01 August 2007 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - 01 August 2007 - HANSCOM AFB intends to issue a purchase order under FAR 13.501, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to ANALYTICAL GRAPHICS, on a Sole Source basis to purchase the following line items: CLIN 0001: STKPROED - STK Professional Edition - Node Locked License CLIN 0002: STKPROED-UGA - STK Professional Edition Annual support and Upgrades CLIN 0003: STKINT - STK Integration - Node Locked License CLIN 0004: STKINT - UGA - STK Integration Annual Support and Upgrades CLIN 0005: COV6 - STK/Coverage Module - Node Locked License CLIN 0006: COV6-UGA - STK/Coverage Module Annual Support and Upgrades CLIN 0007: RAD6 - STK Radar Module v2.0 - Node Locked License CLIN 0008: RAD6-UGA - STK/Radar Module Annual Support and Upgrades CLIN 0009: STKTIM - STK/Terrain, Imagery & Maps - Node Locked License CLIN 0010 STKTIM-UGA - STK/Terrain, Imagery & Maps Annual Support and Upgrades This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-18 effective 30 June 2007. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of it unique requirements. No request for quote for this procurement will be transmitted via Federal Business Opportunities. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government with an award date on or about 15 August 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
