- This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Specialized Contracting Branch, 507 Symington Drive, Rm W202, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5357 is in the process of conducting market research to determine the availability of interested sources capable of providing Request for Quote Number FA4452-07-Q-A097: Quantity: 80 Each - DF-LCS Rifleman Kits, ACU Color Kit Must include: H-Gear, M-4 Triple MAG Pouch, Single Frag Grenade Pouch, 1 QT Canteen/GP Pouch, Alice Adaptor, M4 MAG Pouch-Double, Medical Pouch//Bleeder Control, Hydration Pouch, Protective Insert for CTP-1L, Radio Pouch-MBITR, M9 Single Flat MAG Pouch Quantity: 80 Each -Multi Mission Packs, ACU Color, Kit Must Include The Multi Mission Pack, 2 Sustainment Pouches, and utility Pouches 9X3X5 Quantity: 80 Each-Loadout Bag, Black w/Wheels The required delivery is 30 days after receipt of order. The items will be delivered to Charleston AFB, SC, Dover AFB, DE, Fairchild AFB, WA, and McChord AFB, WA. Request interested offerors capable of performing these functions submit a price and capability statement to the above address on or before 8 August 2007 at 12:00 Noon CDT. The capability statement should include: (1) A brief description of the company including history and business size (large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), HUBZone certified, or woman owned); (2) Description of the supplies and services provided by the company including the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS); and (3) Identify past and present contracts (including GSA contracts) where similar supplies/services have been/are provided, to include contract number, point of contact with telephone number and company address (including ZIP PLUS FOUR zip code), contract dollar value and type (fixed price, cost-reimbursable, etc.), brief narrative of what supplies/services being provided, and payment arrangements. The page limit for the capability statement is 15 pages. You may also submit a sample of your current commercial contract that identifies your terms and conditions and performance work statement. This request for information is not a commercial solicitation and the Government will not pay for any information submitted, or for any costs associated with providing the information.
