Description

Seeking qualifications of vendors capable of supplying one (1) Soil Screener, EZ SCREEN 1500T OR EQUAL RELEVANT FEATURES: - Loading bucket size range is 1 to 3 yards [Note: screener must accommodate a 2.5  3.0 yard loader] - Heavy-duty - Screening of dirt and rocks - Engine-driven vibrating screen - Fully enclosed, lockable engine compartment and starter panel - Sealed wiring harness with brake lights for legal towing - Hydraulic jacking for raising and lowering at tow side of machine - Pintle-hook Tow hitch with safety chains, break-away controller and battery Interested parties are asked to provide (i) business name and geographical location; (ii) size of business (large, small) and identification under SBA socioeconomic criteria (e.g., 8[a], HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.), (iii) general statement as to adherence to the above-stated Relevant Features; (iv) delivery time in number of days after receipt of order (ARO); (v) terms of warranty; (vi) country of manufacture; (vii) whether the vendor is registered in both the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA) websites; and (viii) whether vendor has previously provided supplies to and/or services at the U.S. Military Academy.
