Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to Design and Install New HVAC System in Building 5603, Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is two hundred and seventy (270) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238220, 1711, $13,000,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. The solicitation will be issued Su bject to the Availability of Funds. Interested HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be emailed to beth.mendell@us.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
