Description: Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services to Building 860 and Trailers 860A & 860B, Camp Parks, Dublin, CA. The facilities are primarily used for administrative and warehousing purposes. Work includ es general cleaning twice weekly, plus specialized periodic floor and window cleaning. Period of performance will be 1 Sep 07 through 31 Aug 08 with four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 561720 with a corresponding small business size standard of $15.0 mil. The procurement will be subject to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be available electronically at hppt://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 3 Aug 07.
