- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The project consists of manufacturing and installing cabinetry in the Command Post area of Build #118, ANG Facilities, Little Rock AFB, AR. Pricing shall include, but not be limited to f urnishing all materials, tools, personnel, labor, and transportation to provide the cabinets described in the Statement of Work, Specificiations, and Drawings.
