- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. T he North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 339950. The Louisiana Army National Guard intends to issue a contract for the following requirement: CLIN 1: Manufacturing of 1 Brick Monument sign with letter and electronic message center. Sign dimensions: H - 10 to 11, W - 12 to 13, and D 15 to 21 . Double faced red brick to match existing buildings with deco masonry caps and base design. Le tters: H 6 to 8 x ? thick cast aluminum satin finish, stud mounted. Letters shall be on three rows between top of sign and above LED Display. First Row: 1st Battalion Second Row: 199th Third Row: Leadership Regiment. Below LED display, Numbers of ad dress: H - 11 to 13 x ? to 1 thick cast aluminum satin finish, stud mounted, and centered L/R and top/bottom, One Row: 6030. Logos: 2, one for each side of the sign, Army National Guard Minute Man Seal (2 circumference) on Left side of sign and 199th Unit Leadership Crest (2 H x approximately 2 W) on the Right side of sign. Separate prices for an optional temperature sensor, an optional wireless rad io control of the sign and installation charges. CLIN 2: Manufacturing of 1 Brick Monument sign with letter and electronic message center. Sign dimensions: H 3.5 to 4, W - 11 to 12, and D 12 to 18 . Single faced red brick to match existing buildings with deco masonry caps and base design. Letters: H 4 TO 6 x ? thick cast aluminum satin finish, stud mounted: WELCOME TO CAMP COOK. Electronic Message Center: 20mm monochrome outdoor LED matrix display. Matrix: Approximately H - 16 pixels x L -112 pixels. Pixel pitch: 20mm. LED color: Red. Cabinet Dimensions: Approximately H - 16 to 19 x W - 76 to 8. Max Power: 300 WATTS/FACE. Software for the display compatible with WIN XP. Separate prices for an o ptional wireless radio control of the sign and installation charges. Again for brick color and logo design, contact Major Jason Meyers for accurate description. Include freight as a separate item. Source of electricity is accessible for sign display. Completion of sign installation shall be completed no later than 75 days after receipt of order.
