- Solicitation Out O/A 20 AUG 2007; Solicitation In O/A 20 Sep 2007. This will be an FY08 Award. The proposed procurement is Unrestricted; NAICS 237990 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $18.5 million average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years. Solicit and Award one contract for Dredging project consisting of appro ximately 2,500,000 cubic yards of material form the Craighill Channel. Craighill Upper Range, Brewton Channel and Ft. McHenry Channel, Craighill Angle, Cutoff Channel, Northwest Branch East Channel, Brewton Channel Eastern Extension, and Tolchester Channel . The material will be dredged by clamshell and scow, hydraulic pipeline, or hopper dredge and placed in the Hart-Miller Island Placement Facility and the Sarbanes Ecosystem Restoration Project at Poplar Island. The Construction duration of this project mo dification will be 180 days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
