- F--Removal and proper disposal of hazardous and potentially hazardous materials at federal facilities. All removal plans will be based on the results of characterization efforts completed under a separate contract. The contractor must have expertise in the removal, transportation and disposal of hazardous materials. This will be for one base year and 3 option years (for additional locations identified later).
