SOLICITATION NO. 301817Q373 PROJECT TITLE: Observation Deck and Gravel Trail Construction PROJECT LOCATION: U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge LaCrosse District Onalaska, WI 54650 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of constructing a 12' x 12' Observation Deck with appurtenances and Construct a gravel trail with surface walkway and wood sideboards. Work shall include mobilization and demobilization, minor site grading, concrete foundation piers, concrete abutment, constructing a wood and wood composite observation deck. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 - $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a size standard of $13 Million Dollars. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideas.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about August 17, 2007. Quotes due on or about September 6, 2007, 5:00M A hard copy of the Solicitation package will be made available upon written request and will include the following: An itemized Scope of Work, Drawings, and Prevailing Wage Determination.
