Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Duck Stamp Office, has a requirement for a contractor to provide a digital video projection system, closed circuit HDTV monitors, computerized character generator and audio system, during the Federal Duck Stamp contest to be held this year in Sanibel Island, Florida on October 12-13, 2007. The contractor will be required to provide all labor and equipment. Set-up of all equipment must by October 11, and removed by October 14. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received by August 8, 2007, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. PSC T016 and NAICS-512191. Estimated dollar amount including travel and all expenses to Sanibel, FL is @ $30,000.00.
