Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INVITATION FOR BID Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary in accordance with the plans and specifications for reforestation services for sixty (60) acres. Contractor will be responsible for purchasing trees (reserved at nursery), planting trees and placing barrier mats around trees. The worksite is located at the Cranberry Bend Unit of Big Muddy National Fish and Wildlife north of Grand Pass, Missouri. This procurement is issued restricted with regards to business size and is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 115310; Support Activities for Forestry, with a size standard of $6.5 million dollars or less will be used to determine business status. The solicitation package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://fedbizopps.gov on or about 08/16/07 with quotes due on 09/10/07.
