This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide, materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation (delivery) and supervision necessary for the complete installation and upfitting of a Government-owned 2008 Ford F750 (GWR 33,000) cab and chassis. MOW equipment to be installed, but is not limited to, hi-rail system, all hydraulics, crane , storage boxes/compartments, racks, hoses/hose reel, electrical devices/lights and other miscellaneous equipment. NOTE: THE CAB AND CHASSIS HAS BEEN ORDERED SEPARATELY AND WILL BE DIRECTLY "DROP SHIPPED" TO THE SUCCESSFUL QUOTER ON OR ABOUT JUNE 30, 2008. A complete description of all project equipment will be included in the Request for Quotation, which should be available to download on or about August 17, 2007. The Request for Quotation, with specifications will be posted to websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The NAICS Codes for this project is 333111.
