- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make an award on a sole-source basis to Maine Techinical, in Yarmouth MN to provide Geodetic GPS equipment. The HIF has ordered these products in the past and in order to miantain data consistency and avoid the cost of retraining both HIF employees and customers.
