- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to AEROTECH Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 1 each Custom Gimbal System P/N: ESXXXXX-1, 1 each Linear stage-lower linear axis P/N: ATS165-300-NOTT-5MM-NC-BMS-3-NO, 1 each Linear stage upper linear axis P/N: ATS165-300-TTM-5MM-NC-BMS-5-NO PLOTS (Y axis), 1 each Vertical stage P/N: AVS125-M-BMS-NC-9DU, 1 each Special mounting platform P/N: ESXXXXX-2, 1 each Custom interface plate P/N: ESXXXXX-3, 1 each XY assembly of linear stages P/N: ALIGNMENT PA10, 1 each Test and integration as a system, 3 each Feedback cable P/N: C18391-50, 5 each Motor power cable P/N: C19363-50 2 each Feedback cable for gymbal system P/N: C16501-50, 1 each Upgrade of existing A3200 system P/N: A3200-Upgrade-NMotion SMC-8, 4 each Firewire cable P/N: NCONNECT-228-66, 2 each Digital drive w/encoder multiplier P/N: NDRIVECP20-MXU, 3 each Digital drive P/N: NDRIVECP20 and 1 each Custom ribbon holder frame P/N: ESXXXXX-4. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications will appear on the RFQ. Sole source is based on equipment proprietary to AEROTECH Inc. See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database.
