- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote solicitation number is M00681-07-T-0117. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 423440 with a size standard of 100. The FSC code is 7360. The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest, Camp Pendleton, CA has a requirement for 1 EA Sandwich Bar. (Provide and Install) The sandwich bar is to be approximately 15? 6? long and 3 feet wide. It shall contain a Stainless Steel Counter, a Stainless Steel Refrigerator, a Drop-in Cold Food Unit, a Drop-in Electric Hot Food Well Unit, a Stainless Steel Sneeze Guard, Individual Thermost atic Controls, Corrosion Resistant Steel Exterior, to include Drains and Manifolds. The unit is to be installed at building 2403, Camp Pendleton, CA., and shall be fully functional upon completion of installation. A site visit will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on 08 August 2007 in building 2403. Attendance is encouraged, but not mandatory. Interested parties should contact Mr. Kevin Ham at the email listed below. Evaluation - The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes. (1) Compliance with Specifications, (2) Delivery Time and (3) Price.
