- Description
- The U.S. Special Operations Command, Technology Applications Contracting Office, intends to contract with DRS Intelligence and Avionic Solutions, Inc., 4391 Dayton Xenia Road, Dayton, OH 45432-1803, to procure upgrading for a new decryption algorithm, internal receiver card, and added CIB key selection front panel controls. The proposed action is a modification to current contract USZA95-03-D-0017. The initial contract action was a result of full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive quote; however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 334511; the business size is 750 employees. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 20 August 2007.
