(CARTRIDGE VALVE/FILTER). SHAW AERO DEVELOPMENT, INC 59647 10583 Amendment 0002 to this solicitation SPM7LX-06-R-0133 re-opens the solicitation and replaces the original solicitation in its entirety. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, FOB Destination ,NSN?s 2530011756394 and 2590014615874. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin, FOB Destination, NSN 2540014214591. NOTE 26 apply to this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 19 September 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. The solicitation will be solicited as Unrestricted. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed _5_ years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in Section M of the solicitation. Items will be shipped to one zone within conus and shipped to various DLA depot locations. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
