- This is notification that a modification will be issued to extend the Moog's Corporate Contract SPM400-02-D-9404 with Moog's (Cage Codes 94697 and 0ZWK8) sole source NSNs not to exceed 1 year. This corporate contract includes NSNs from the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Defense Supply Center Columbus and Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. This not to exceed 1-year extension will not exceed $13 million. Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition [IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)]
