- Set aside: Small Business-Buy Indian Act (Native American) (25 U.S.C. 47) Set-Aside. Interested and qualified under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47)should submit pertient information on their capabiliites to provide the above mentioned instrumentation, including company name, address, telephone and contact point This announcement constitutes a Source Sought Synopsis for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service. The information provided is to assist the Indian Health Service in conducting Market Research of Industry to identify potential contractors for this effort. The applicable NAICS code is 339115, which applies to industry primarily engaged in frabricating/processing prescriptive eye wear services. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation and plan, schedule,coordinate and assure effective performance of the operation of the fabrication of eye wear for Indian Health Service-Navajo Area Indian Health Service Wide, and NAIHS facilities located in Arizona and New Mexico. The contractor must also be an applicable expertise in government acquisition and program management disciplines. This expertise is essential to ensure that cost, schedule, performance, and risk associated with the procurement are effectively applied in support of the IHS mission. The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Source Sought Synopsis or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. This synopsis is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation.
