Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's intent to award a sole source contract to Southeastern New York Library Resources Council (SENYLRC), 21 South Elting Corners Road, Highland, NY 12528 for the annual subscription renewal of the WALD O Package and SENYLRC database subscriptions. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable NAICS i s 516110 with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. There will be no solicitation issued. See Numbered Note 22. Insert three days in lieu of 45 days. This notice will close on Tuesda y, August 7, 2007 at 5 p.m. eastern time.
