- FSC 1015, 3 year IDIQ order, guaranteed minimum quantity 112 each; maximum quantity 500 each, saddle clamp assembly in strict accordance with drawing 12591219, Revision A, dated 05/24/06. Apply the following markings in accordance with MIL-STD-130. 19200ASSY12591219 , MFR - (Cage Code). Approximate solicitation issue date is 08 August, 2007, with the closing date approximately 7 days from issue. Once issued, copies of the solicitation will be available for download from the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army .mil. A signed Non-Disclosure Statement must be received by the contracting office before the drawing for this solicitation will be released. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check this website for the issuing and any changes to the sol icitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. The proposed contract is Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). The North American Industry Classification Code is 332710, 500 employees. This procurement will be Firm Fixed Price, 3 year IDIQ. First Article Testing by the Contractor will apply to this contract. Buy American Act will apply. This is DO A5 rated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
