Description

This is a notice of intent by the Naval Air Systems Command, Air Combat Electronic Program Office (PMA-209) to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0024 with Rockwell Collins Government Systems (RCGS), 400 Collins Road NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is assigned responsibility for the planning, programming, budgeting, procurement, installation, operation, and support of the Air Combat Electronics programs. This effort covers the requirements to provide Naval Air Systems Command, Air Combat Electronics Program Office (PMA209). This tasking requires the purchase of the following items which will be used to integrate other ARC-210 Receiver Transmitters. Items include six (6) each of the following: 30-512 MHz Antenna (Software Load 06-07), Rockwell Collins P/N: 013-2007-010; and Logic Converter, Rockwell Collins P/N: 013-2007-020. Delivery is required no later than January 2008 with delivery to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, St. Inigoes, MD 20684. As Rockwell Collins is the sole developer of the ARC-210 family of products and related ancillary equipment and maintain the proprietary rights to this radio, they are the only capable source of providing this ancillary equipment that integrates into the ARC-210 Receiver-Transmitters. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements.
