- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to solicit and negotiate a four year basic ordering agreement with Pines Technology for repair services for the V-22 Tube Bender Machines. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Section 6.302-1. Pines Technology is the original equipment manufacturer of the V-22 Tube Bender Machines and is the only source possessing the requisite system knowledge, engineering expertise, aircraft integration information, and technical data needed to maintain and repair the specialized test equipment.
