Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to solicit and negotiate a three year purchase order with Heatcon Composite Systems for repair services for the V-22 Composite Repair Set. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Section 6.302-1. Heatcon Composite System is the original equipment manufacturer of the V-22 Composite Repair Set and is the only source possessing the requisite system knowledge, engineering expertise, aircraft integration information, and technical data needed to maintain and repair the specialized test equipment.
