- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Jobin Yvon Inc Horiba on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for the following equipment: 1 each iHR320 f/4, 1, Imaging Spectrometer includes Base unit, patented kinematic triple grating rotation & microsteppingone Grating Turret Three Gratings, Three grating mounts, purge port, USB cable & basic software. Requires 1 entrance slit, 1 exit port or 1 detector flange and gratings P/N IHR320 Core 3; 1 each IHR 320 computer controlled front entrance slit-varies 0-2mm in 2 micron steps P/N: MSL-I3FN2; 1 each IHR 320 computer controlled side entrance slit-varies 0-2mm in micron steps P/N: MSL-I3SN2; 2 each IHR320/iHR550 Resolution Array adapter for JY CCD detectors and other arrays with similar mounting bolt patter, P/N: MAI-IR; 1 each motorized swing away mirror for IHR320 entrance, P/N: MSL-IANM; 1 each motorized swing away mirror for IHR320 exit, P/N: MSL-IAXM; 3 each Grating mount for IHR320 series turret, P/N: GM168; 1 each Internal CCD shutter mechanism for IHR320/IHR550 front entrance slit, P/N: MSH-ICF; 1 each Internal CCD shutter mechanism for IHR320/IHR550 side entrance slit, P/N: MSH-ICS; 3 each HJY grating (incl. in line item 1) P/N: Gratings; 1 each Synapse CCD head thermoelectrically cooled using E2V manufactured spectroscopy grade1, 1024 x 256 pixel open electrode CCD chip with 25um x 26um pixels and overall format of 26.6mm x 6.6mm. Includes power supply and USB cable P/N: CCD-1024 x 56-OPEN-SYN; 1 each power supply with shutter control module P/N: 354010-WS; 1 each accessory for the computer linking of shutters and mirror, P/N: CCDSHUTTERDUAL; 1 each IGA array package includes: LN2 cooled E2V manufactured 1024 element regular linear InGaAs sensor with 500um x 25um pixels and overall format of 25.2mm x .5mm 1 liter dewar, P/N: IGA-1024 x 1-25-1700-1LS; 1 each Symphony Electronics interface for TE and LN2 CCD systems, 16 bit with 20KHz to 1MHz Ethernet TCP/IP communications, P/N: SYMPHONYSOLOFAST; 1 each Ethernet board and cable kit for desktop P/N: 973078; 1 each SynerJY for windows software. Offers complete instrument control and data acquisition from JY components (single channel and array detectors), provides extensive data manipulation, data processing, import and export, P/N: CSW-SYNERJY. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis.
