- Lease Space to the U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT In Melbourne, FL REQUIREMENT: The Federal Government is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 300 square feet of usable space. The usable space shall yield 300 contiguous square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Within the following boundaries: Babcock Street CBA Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the lease. Expressions of interest shall include the following: -Building name, address, associated literature with floor plans -BOMA Office Area s.f. and rate per BOMA Office Area s.f. -Site plans, aerial photos, pictures, etc. Proof of ownership is required prior to award.
