- Amendment/Clarification. This Presolicitation Notice originally published in Federal Business Opportunities on or about July 13, 2007 is amended and clarified as follows: A. PRESENTATIONS: The firms selected by SI as most highly qualified will be scheduled to give presentations to SI during the week of September 3, 2007 (excluding Labor Day). B. Section 3 - PROJECT INFORMATION: A. Objective: The last sentence is changed from: "The selected Architect/Engineer (A/E) will be allowed to compete for A/E services related to the future NMAAHC design and construction solicitation." to "The selected Architect/Engineer (A/E) will be allowed to compete for A/E services related to any future NMAAHC design solicitation." C. Section 4 - SELECTION CRITERIA: E. Computer-Aided Design and Drafting: Section E is deleted and replaced with the following: E. Computer-Aided Design and Drafting: The A/E project team must be able to provide documentation, following SI standards in: AutoCAD 2004; Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project and Power Point; 3-dimensional modeling in specialized software such as Archi-Cad; Adobe PDF; DWG files; and JPEG or PNG files. D. Section 5 - SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: E. The second sentence is changed to read: The SF 330 shall have a page limit of 125 pages. This page limit excludes the front cover page; back cover page; and tab/divider sheets.
